At Randy's Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
